GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 90-120 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
The Mill offers free parking to all patrons who purchase a ticket. These spots are available on a first come first served basis. If you want easier entry and exit, go for our VIP PARKING PASS.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Our drop off and pick up area is located at the Aquatic Center on Voorhees Street. Click HERE for ADA Accessibility and Handicap Parking.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—we'll perform a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepared. Check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in on our FAQs page.

MOBILE ENTRY
Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Ticketmaster app. The Mill now offers free Wi-fi at our venue to help with ticket loading, but we recommend preparing in advance.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, & Cash.

BOX OFFICE
The box office is open on show days only from the time the gates open, until 8PM. The Mill's box office is located to the right of the main entrance.

THE MERCH
Find your favorite merch at the booth directly to your left once you enter the main entrance of the venue for select shows.

CAMPING
Our venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
​
TAILGATING
Tailgating is allowed in our parking lots as soon as lots open on the day of the show.
​
WATER
We do not allow outside water, or water bottles inside our venue.
​
LAWN CHAIRS AND BLANKETS
Lawn chairs are permitted. Blankets are also permitted in the General Admission lawn area only. *subject to change per event
