The Mill of Terre Haute is partnering with WTHI-TV and Fork in the Road for the Fork in the Road BBQ Fest!
If you're a fan of BBQ or even a top BBQ chef... This is your chance!

Event Details

Prizes awarded for best ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken and peoples choice.

Must make at least one meat and one side to be eligible for $4,000 grand prize. Grand Prize awarded to highest scoring single meat/side combination in final round.

Smokers must be in place between noon on Friday, October 6th and 10am Saturday, October 7th and removed by 10am on Sunday, October 8th.

Contestants will be called in order of registration to sign up for a time to enter in 15 minute intervals during load in window.

Doors open to public at 3pm Saturday, October 7th. Turn in times. Chicken 4pm, Ribs 5pm, Pork Butts 6pm, Brisket 7p. Overall Champion announced at 8pm.

Ticket to the event comes with sampling. Food not turned in to judges will be available to attendees to sample.

Grand Prize Winner: $4,000 cash prize
Category Winner Prize Information (Best Pulled Pork, Brisket, Ribs, and Chicken):
*1st place in each category: $1,000 cash prize
*2nd place in each category: $300 cash prize
*3rd place in each category: $200 cash prize
People's Choice Award: $500 cash prize
